North Star is a traditional Abaco beach house constructed by renowned local builder Floyd Albury. The homes exposed beams, open floor plan, and panoramic views evoke the ambiance of an expertly crafted wooden ship, for which the Albury family is famed.

The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms open directly onto a 2,500 sq. ft. wrap-around deck with pergola. The expansive deck affords a variety of comfortable outdoor dining and lounging areas including a patio with built-in seating and a fire pit a perfect setting for enjoying the Bahamian outdoors at virtually any time and season.
In case of electrical outages, a propane generator with automatic transfer switch powers the entire house.
Throughout the day numerous options for sun or shade are offered, with incredible water views from every location. The secluded North End Beach on the Atlantic side is less than 100 paces away and easily accessed via public right-of-way. Boat dockage (including overnight) is available at the North End Gans dock, reachable within 2-3 minutes via golf cart.
